门店消费，扫码确权Shop in store, confirm with a scan

在参与 GV 确权的门店消费后，店员在 SEAFE App 生成确权二维码，顾客用 App 扫码确认，店铺审核通过后进入 DataID 分佣。

After a purchase at a participating GV store, staff generate a QR code in the SEAFE app, the customer scans it to confirm, and once the store approves it the purchase goes to DataID commission.

生成线下确权二维码Generate an offline ownership QR code

顾客结账后，店员在 App 里按小票录入信息并生成二维码，顾客扫码确认后，店铺在网页版商家中心审核。

After checkout, staff enter the receipt in the app to create a QR code. The customer scans it to confirm, then the store reviews it in the web Merchant Center.

账号Account已加入店铺的员工账号，所在角色已开通「GV线下分佣管理」权限。A staff account linked to your store, with the "GV线下分佣管理" (GV offline commission) permission on your role.
准备Have ready顾客的门店小票：小票订单号、实付金额，以及小票照片。The customer’s store receipt: receipt number, amount paid and a photo of it.

  1. 「我的」页面中高亮的「商户中心」入口 The Merchant Center entry highlighted on the Mine page

    打开「我的」，点击「商户中心」Open "Mine" and tap "Merchant Center"

    使用已加入店铺的员工账号登录 SEAFE App。「商户中心」只对店铺员工显示。

    Sign in to the SEAFE app with a staff account linked to your store. "Merchant Center" only appears for store staff.

    看不到这个入口？请店铺管理员在角色权限中为你开通「GV线下分佣管理」，重新进入商户中心即可看到。

    Don’t see it? Ask your store admin to enable "GV线下分佣管理" (GV offline commission) for your role, then open Merchant Center again.

  3. 已填写的确权表单，标注 1 到 5 The completed form with markers 1 to 5

    按小票填写信息Fill in the receipt details

    1. 小票订单号：门店小票上的单号，同一店铺不能重复
    2. 实付金额：顾客实际支付的金额，可选 SGD 或 USD
    3. 确权比例（%）：填写 0–100 之间的数字
    4. 凭证图片：拍摄或上传小票照片，1–9 张
    5. 点击「生成预确权凭证」
    1. Receipt No.: the number on the store receipt, unique within your store
    2. Amount Paid: what the customer actually paid, in SGD or USD
    3. Confirmation Rate (%): a number from 0 to 100
    4. Voucher Images: 1–9 photos of the receipt
    5. Tap "Create Pre-confirmation"

    顾客用美元支付？把币种切换为 USD，页面按参考汇率 1 USD = 1.273831 SGD 换算，提交的是换算后的新币金额。

    Paid in US dollars? Switch the currency to USD. The page converts at the reference rate of 1 USD = 1.273831 SGD and submits the SGD amount.

    请顾客用 SEAFE App 扫码Ask the customer to scan it in the SEAFE app

    把二维码展示给顾客扫码确认。接待下一位顾客时，点击「继续录入」。

    Show the QR code to the customer. Tap "Create Another" for the next customer.

    顾客扫码前不小心退出了？用同一小票订单号再次提交，会重新显示这张小票的二维码，金额和图片以第一次提交为准。

    Left the page before the customer scanned? Submit the same Receipt No. again to show that receipt’s QR code. The amount and photos from the first submission are kept.

    在网页版商家中心审核Review in the web Merchant Center

    顾客确认后记录变为「待审核」。在电脑上打开网页版商家中心，进入左侧菜单「GV线下分佣管理」（也可在「扩展模块」中找到）。

    Once the customer confirms, the record shows as pending. On a computer, open the web Merchant Center and go to "GV线下分佣管理" in the left menu (also listed under "扩展模块", extensions). This page is in Chinese.

    待审核筛选「待审核」，找到这笔记录Filter by "待审核" (pending) to find the record
    核对Check订单金额、确权比例和订单附件（小票照片）Order amount, confirmation rate and the attached receipt photos
    审核通过可设置「分佣冷却时间」（小时，0 表示立即允许核销）和审核备注，确权比例沿用二维码上的比例。Approve. You can set a commission cooldown in hours (0 means right away) and a note. The rate from the QR code is kept.
    审核拒绝建议填写拒绝说明，顾客会在「线下确权记录」里看到。Reject, ideally with a note. The customer sees it in their offline records.

扫码完成线下确权Confirm an offline purchase by scanning

在参与 GV 确权的门店消费后，用 SEAFE App 扫描商家出示的二维码，核对信息后确认，审核结果会显示在你的确权记录里。

After shopping at a participating GV store, scan the QR code the store shows you in the SEAFE app, check the details and confirm. The review result appears in your records.

账号Account已登录 SEAFE App，并已绑定 DataID（第 1 步）。Signed in to the SEAFE app with DataID linked (step 1).
现场At the store结账后请店员生成确权二维码，直接用 App 扫描店员手机上的二维码。After checkout, ask staff to generate the QR code and scan it from their phone in the app.

    Scan inside the SEAFE app. Your phone’s camera opens the web version in a browser, which needs a separate sign-in.

    对准商家出示的二维码Point at the store’s QR code

    把二维码放进取景框，识别成功后会自动打开确权页面。扫不出来时，请店员调亮屏幕后再试。

    Fit the QR code inside the frame. The confirmation page opens automatically. If it won’t scan, ask staff to brighten their screen and try again.

    1. 店铺、小票订单号、实付金额和确权比例
    2. 凭证图片，点击可放大查看
    3. 确认后立即进入审核，无法撤回
    4. 信息无误，点击「确认确权」

    Reviews usually finish within 48 hours. Tap "Got It" to open your records.

    新记录显示「待审核」，审核后变为「审核通过」或「已拒绝」，商家填写的说明会显示在记录里。

    New records show as pending. After review they change to approved or rejected, and any note from the store appears on the record.

常见问题FAQ

商家Merchants

商户中心里没有「生成线下确权二维码」？"Generate Offline Ownership QR Code" is missing from Merchant Center

这个入口按角色权限显示。请店铺管理员在角色权限中勾选「GV线下分佣管理」，然后重新进入商户中心。

The entry depends on your role. Ask your store admin to tick "GV线下分佣管理" in your role’s permissions, then open Merchant Center again.

提示「该店铺下此订单号已确权或已审核，请勿重复录入」It says the receipt number was already confirmed or reviewed

这张小票已经被顾客确认过，或已经审核，不能再次生成二维码。请核对小票订单号是否填错。

A customer has already confirmed that receipt, or it has been reviewed, so it can’t get a new QR code. Check that the receipt number is correct.

顾客还没扫码，我就退出了页面I left the page before the customer scanned

用同一小票订单号再次提交，会重新显示这张小票的二维码。金额、比例和图片以第一次提交为准，重新填写的内容不会覆盖。

Submit the same receipt number again to show that receipt’s QR code. The amount, rate and photos from the first submission are kept; new entries don’t replace them.

在哪里审核顾客的确权申请？Where do I review customer requests?

在电脑端网页版商家中心，左侧菜单「GV线下分佣管理」，筛选「待审核」后点击「审核通过」或「审核拒绝」。审核通过时可设置分佣冷却时间（小时，0 表示立即允许核销）。

In the web Merchant Center on a computer, open "GV线下分佣管理" in the left menu, filter by "待审核" (pending), then click "审核通过" (approve) or "审核拒绝" (reject). When approving you can set a commission cooldown in hours; 0 means right away.

顾客Customers

提示「当前用户尚未绑定DataID身份」It says DataID isn’t linked

先到「DataID专区」点击「去绑定」完成绑定，再重新扫描商家的二维码。

Go to the "DataID Zone" and tap "Link now", then scan the store’s QR code again.

提示「该预确权记录已完成确权或已审核，请勿重复确权」It says this QR code was already confirmed

每个二维码只能确认一次。你可以在「线下确权记录」里查看这笔记录的审核进度。

Each QR code can be confirmed only once. Check its review progress in your offline verification records.

扫码没反应，或提示「未识别到二维码，请重试」Nothing happens, or it says "No QR code recognized"

请用首页的扫码图标直接对准店员手机屏幕扫描，并请店员调亮屏幕。从相册选择截图时，也可能因为图片压缩识别失败。

Use the scan icon on the home page and point it straight at the staff member’s screen, and ask them to brighten it. Picking a screenshot from your photo album can also fail because the image gets compressed.

提示「二维码无效，请让商家重新生成」It says the QR code is invalid

二维码内容不完整或不是确权二维码，请店员重新打开确权二维码后再扫。

The code is incomplete or isn’t an ownership QR code. Ask staff to show the QR code again and rescan.

审核要多久？被拒绝怎么办？How long does review take? What if it’s rejected?

预计 48 小时内完成审核，结果在「线下确权记录」中查看。被拒绝时，商家填写的说明会显示在记录里；如有疑问请联系门店。

Reviews usually finish within 48 hours; see the result in your offline verification records. If it’s rejected, any note from the store appears there. Contact the store if you have questions.
